The essense Room-Manager is an extension of the ONEsignage Enterprise digital signage system and designed to meet the specific requirements of hotels and conference venues. This digital signage system allows organisers to manage occupancy of conference rooms, event locations, and meeting rooms.
The Room-Manager gives a clear overview of space availability and allows users to order catering services, conferencing equipment and seating.
This digital signage system automatically and professionally advertises meetings on welcome screens, digital door signs and signage.
The essense Room-Manager has a range of features including:
• web based software
• management of move-in, move-out times
• management of partitionable rooms
• ordering and assignment of technical equipment, seating plans and catering options for meeting rooms
• room reservations and bookings
• scalability
• search function for room availability by size and conference equipment
• ability to define rooms for reservation exclusively for specific groups of people (e.g. board rooms)
• at-a-glance calendar overview
• flexible access rights to assign user permissions
